Killian Lynch ran the National University’s cross country in Dublin today. He had a strong run in his season opener.
Charleville Half Marathon
Karl Lenihan was in action at the charleville half marathon.Karl ran a strong race from the gun to place 16th in a time of 1:18:46.
Tralee marathon 2021
Brendan Costelloe was running the Tralee marathon today.
Brendan ran a superb race to place him 10th overall with a finishing time of 3:25:11.

Newcastle West Parkrun
Some of our club members were back in action at the Newcastle west park run this morning.
Mike MacDomhnaill finished third in a time of 24:.20.
Tara Carr placed 8th in a brilliant time of 26.57
Carmel MacDomhnaill came home in a fantastic time of 27:39 to place her 12th.
Well done to everyone for running and walking. We would also like to say a special thank you to the volunteers who make it all possible. It is great to see such an important event to the community back.
Castlegar Open XC
Last Saturday Niall O’Callaghan was in Galway running his first race of the Cross country season at the Castlegar Open XC race. Niall put on a strong performance to place him 14th.
County XC
Best of luck to all our members competing at the county masters & Novice (juvenile even ages) in Bilboa at the weekend.
We will be hosting the county senior and intermediate (juvenile uneven ages) in the Demense, Newcastle west on Sunday the 10th of October.
