The Sonia O’Sullivan 10 mile hosted by Ballymore Cobh A.C. was another roaring success.
Karl Lenihan had another fantastic run finishing in 12th position with a time of 57:01, Karl was also the first M45 home on the day a savage achievement considering the pedigree or runners that were at this event.
Norman Paddle was also running in this race and had a fantastic run in what was considered ideal running conditions, both men had excellent runs congrats men!

Meeting at Limerick Greenway, Newcastle West Gael Scoil Entrance, 7pm to 8pm.
