IMRA Mallow Trail Race
In what was considered a wet, windy and cold morning it didn’t stop our West Limerick A.C. Men from togging out in the singlet to run in the Men’s IMRA event held in Mallow, The men put in a great performance in tough running conditions.

Mallow Juvenile Trail Race
Katie Lenihan , Eavan Lyons and Garvan Lyons all ran in the Mallow AC trail race which was a 4.4km run in Rahan woods. All three had fantastic runs in what was extremely tough and harsh weather conditions, well done guys!
Munster Juvenile Indoors
Congratulations to Ciara Lanigan who competed in the Munster long jump and Eavan Lyons who also competed in the 600M event.
Ciara Lanigan and Leyna Cussen also competed in Munster indoors 60m sprints and Adam Broderick also competed in 60m sprints and shot put

Gap of Dunloe Half Marathon
Congratulations to Johnathan Leniston who had a strong run in the Dunloe half marathon in Kerry this course was tough and gruelling especially with the weather conditions well done Jonathan!

- Tuesday evenings
Two adult training groups.
- Fit4Life – with Coach Mark Ryan.
- Meeting at Limerick Greenway, Newcastle West Gael Scoil Entrance, 7pm to 8pm.

- Interval Training – Meeting at Ardagh Church Car Park , 7.15pm to 8.15pm.
- Please wear high vis and a light/head torch
