The Mallow 10 Mile Road Race
Gerard Guina (Picture 3) was our first male club representative home in what was a testing course with severe headwind, Ger ran a fantastic race in a time of 1:01:02.
Second male home was Brendan Costelloe who ran a time of 1:07:53 an excellent run considering the strong breeze on the turn for home.
Corina Sheedy was our first female representative home in a time of 1:29:10 followed closely by our second and final female representative Niamh Humphrey’s.
Super running from all that represented the club well done!
IMRA Bansha Woods
Congratulations to Mark Lenihan (Picture 2) who finished 3rd overall and was also the first M40 home in a course that had tough terrain to test the athletes.
George O’Sullivan (Picture 1) placed 18th overall and was also rewarded for his efforts as he was the second M50 home well done lads great running.
LAC St Patrick’s day 5K
A massive congratulations to Mícheál Guiney who ran the Letterkeny A.C. St. Patrick’s Day 5K and finished in 22nd placed with a time of 19:28.
Limerick County 4 Mile Road Championships
All roads now lead to the Limerick County 4 mile road championships which will be held in Dromcollogher Sunday the 27th of March.
Women’s Race Start – 1P.M.

Interval Training – Meeting at Ardagh Church Car Park , 7.15pm to 8.15pm.
