This past Monday Declan Guina travelled to Cork and ran the 3000m race in a time of 9:30.

Killarney Half Marathon & 10k
Results in from Killarney Half Marathon. Gerard Hanlon pb 1.32.13, Marcella McGrath pb 1.39.04 and Con Mulcahy 1.39.34.
Our members running in the 10k were Declan Lynch 52.59, Mark Ryan 59.27, Trish Collins 59.27 and Bridget Downes 1:06:08.
Well done to Michelle Lenihan and Niamh Humphrey’s who also took part in the Killarney half marathon and 10k . Michelle finished the half in 2.10 and Niamh 1.01 in the 10k.
