Attention C25K runners:
We have picked the 5k race that we want everyone to take part in. The 5k race is being held by An Riocht AC in Castleisland on Friday September 7th at 7pm. Entry fee is €8. We want as many people as possible to take part as this is your target after completing 12 weeks of training. Your coaches from West Limerick AC will also be taking part in the race.
We are at the half way stage now and we as trainers/coaches could not be prouder of the effort that has been put in so far.
So, book your babysitters, take the evening off, run and have fun with all your Newcastle West C25K training group.
