This will be an 8 week programme with West Limerick Athletics Club,  starting Thursday September 26th with Club Coaches.

 We will be finishing with a 5k at the Limerick Regional Athletics Hub on November 17th.  All training at Limerick Regional Athletics Hub, Thursdays at 7.45pm.
