We cater for Juvenile & Adult groups. We compete in Road, Cross Country and Track & Field events. We are the organisers of the very popular Adare 10k which started in 1995.

About West Limerick AC
West Limerick AC was founded in 1979. We cater for Adult and Juvenile athletes. We encourage our members to take part in Road Races, Cross Country as well as Track & Field events.
We train in Newcastle West at the Limerick Regional Athletics Hub each week and while there is plenty of opportunity for competition our main priority is our members enjoyment and development.
We aim to accommodate all levels of ability and we promote a friendly atmosphere and a warm welcome to all new members.
